I know that lifting weights is supposed to be a healthy activity, but it takes balance. I’ve seen guys have heart attacks and they’re huge.” Furthermore, he explained his idea of having a fit body if one likes to lift weights. He said, “It’s important to balance weights with an activity that makes you look like you can do something. That’s the whole purpose of fitness—you want to be able to move, you want to be able to do stuff.” Overall, he believes it is important to mix different fitness exercises to see what one truly likes. No, Terry is not against weightlifting. His fitness regime includes power-clean exercises. An Olympic trainer taught him the ideal way of doing it. According to Crews, weightlifting helps testosterone levels. Although he loves , he likes to be in his safe zone. Unlike others, he goes for 600 pounds instead of 1RM. He stated in the interview. “So, I always go to the point where I feel like I could do just a little bit more.
