After losing his first three games in the first set, Galeano roared back to claim the next five games to set up his 6-4, 6-3 win on court No. 3 against Tim Kopinski. Baylor clinched the match deciding point on court No. 4 where Dornbusch disposed of Blake Bazarnik 6-4, 6-4 to propel the Bears into the quarterfinal round of the championships.
