If you like to bike, it’s never too early in the year to start thinking about getting yourself in shape for your rides when spring arrives. And if you really like to bike, there will be no more enjoyable and meaningful experience than being a part of Team AARP Utah when it rides in its third consecutive MS Bike Ride. The 2010 Bike MS: Harmon’s Best Dam Bike Ride takes place on Saturday, June 26 and Sunday 27 in northern Utah’s beautiful Cache Valley. The annual event, now in its twenty-fourth year, raises money to help people affected by multiple sclerosis by funding research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, and providing programs and services to help people with MS and their families. Team AARP Utah is open to anyone who wants to participate in the two-day bike ride, with no limit on the number of riders, and no requirements as to how far you want to ride or if you want to ride just on Saturday and not on Sunday.
