YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Food Christmas just came early for people who love Oreos By You Magazine - October 17, 2018 Oreos may be over 100 years old (they were invented in 1912, trivia fans), but our love for the tasty little sandwich cookies shows no signs of waning anytime soon. The irresistible combination of crumbly, cocoa-rich cookie and creamy filling has become a staple in biscuit tins across the nation – and if your household always has a packet on the go, there’s a new Christmassy treat arriving on supermarket shelves that we think you’ll be very excited about. Tesco Oreo Christmas Tin, £2.50 (RRP £5), Tesco Meet this year’s Oreo limited edition Christmas Tin, which is (double) stuffed with 350g worth of Oreos in a selection of three different flavours: Oreo Golden, Oreo Original and Oreo Choco Crème. The treats are packaged up in one of the cutest tubs we’ve seen this year, making them the perfect gift for the Oreo fan in your life – if you can resist eating them yourself, that is. As if that wasn’t enough to celebrate, the tins are currently on a half price offer at Tesco, meaning that you can invest in the assortment for a truly bargainous £2.50. That’s an awful lot of cookies for the cost of a little spare change… Still not satisfied your sweet tooth? In honour of the festive season and all of the deliciousness that comes with it, Oreo has also released a white chocolate coated version to help us all get into the snowy spirit. White Chocolate Covered Oreos, £1.25, Tesco Last year, Oreo’s Christmas range also included tree decorations and baubles through their collaboration with Cadbury’s, so fingers crossed we’ll soon see these arrive in stores for 2018 too. In the meantime, you’ll find us in a quiet corner covered in biscuit crumbs, empty tin in hand. The £2.50 offer expires on 23 October, so hurry if you want to get yours for half price too!
