YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Food This gin-infused rosé is set to be our favourite spring tipple By You Magazine - February 21, 2019 The growing gin and rosé trend is certainly one we’re all the way on board with, which is why we were delighted to hear that Echo Falls is the latest brand to release their very own, very affordable, gin-infused rosé wine. Getty Images The new drink will be launched as part the wine brand’s Fruit Fusion range, which already includes Tropical Fruits, White Peach & Mango and Raspberry & Cassis flavours. The gin-infused flavour is now being stocked in Co-op, just in time for the warm end to February we’ve all been promised. And what’s more? It only costs £5 per bottle. However, you may be surprised to hear that that despite the mix of gin and wine, it only consists of 9% ABV, which is actually lower alcohol content than regular rosé wine. https://www.instagram.com/p/BuE2GQ7ARcu/?utm_source=ig_embed Nevertheless, the strawberry and raspberry flavouring makes it a fresh take on a fruity gin cocktail. Plus, Echo Falls have described it as ‘an early taste of summer’, which has us sold immediately. The brand shared an Instagram post introducing the new wine with a picture of it, writing: ‘Match made in heaven! We’ve taken our fruity rosé and infused it with gin, to give you an early taste of summer. Pick up your bottle exclusively in @coopukfood’ And while we’re on the topic of gin, earlier this week, we revealed the unusual ingredient we should all be adding to our gin and tonics. According to gin experts, the coffee and orange is the secret weapon to achieving the perfect G&T. Strange, we know, but don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.
