YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Beauty This £38 skin serum has a waiting list of over 16 000 people By You Magazine - April 9, 2018 No7’s latest serum has caused a frenzy among the British public, with thousands of customers patiently waiting to get their hands on their latest product. The brand’s new Line Correcting Booster Serum, sold at the purse-friendly price of just £38, amassed a waiting list of over 16,000 in just three days. This number puts it well on its way to surpassing the original No7 Protect & Perfect, which caused a craze back in 2007 after the product was mentioned in BBC Two documentary Horizon. So what exactly is so special about the new offering? The scientifically-proven serum, which hits shelves in Boots on 11th April, has been labelled a fast-acting, non-invasive wrinkle solution. And what’s more? It promises to turn the clock back by making your skin look five years younger in just 12 weeks – yes, really! The secret lies in its special ingredient, Matrixyl 3000 Plus 4. According to the experts, Matrixyl 3000 Plus 4 helps skin recover some of its key properties and components, such as elastic fibrillar, which is lost early on in the ageing process and gives rise to lines and wrinkles. Its effect was proven when after trialling the serum on women who were considering injectable treatments, 77% said it gave them better results than they thought were possible with skincare alone and 73% said they were less likely to consider Botox. The serum is the first product to launch from No7 Laboratories, a new skincare line focusing on highly targeted skincare solutions. Rather than applying it all over the face, it should be used directly on lines and can act as a first step in your morning skincare regime, at night under your usual serum or moisturiser, or as a booster by mixing it into your usual moisturiser, eye cream or foundation. Beauty reviewers have already raved about the light and swiftly absorbed formula, as well as the lack of obtrusive fragrance. Is it too good to be true? There’s only one way to find out… The No7 Line Correcting Booster Serum will be available in Boots from Wednesday 11th April.
