Getty Images The latest celebrity to do so is Strictly Come Dancing‘s Dianne Buswell, who is uploading regular dance lessons to her Instagram account for fans to join in with. So far there have been tutorials for jive, Charleston and cha cha/hip hop routines, as well as a creative dance incorporating a football. Her upbeat 10 minute lessons are a great way to get you moving in the middle of the day and by the end of it, you’ll even have some new moves!
