Fortunately, there's a way to keep that from happening. Here's what you need to do. Go to https://www.netflix.com/ Select your profile image. Different profiles have different playback settings so each user needs to do this themselves. Hover over your profile image in the menu bar. Select Account. Scroll down to My Profile.
