While all shades of blue carry some of the same symbolism, certain attributes are stronger for dark blues. The deepest darkest blues also share some of the same color meanings as black. This selection of dark blue colors goes from the dark of navy blue to the lighter and brighter medium blue. A cool color, dark blue goes well with warm shades of orange and yellow among other interesting color combinations.
