YouTube star Ingrid Nilsen comes out in awesome emotional video

Bethan McKernanJun 10, 2015 Ingrid Nilsen, who vlogs about make-up and fashion, has a new message for her 3.3 million fans. The 26-year-old uploaded a post on Tuesday called "Something I Want You to Know (Coming Out)", and she gets right to the point: In the 20-minute long video, Nilsen, brimming with emotion, says that her sexuality has always been a part of her and keeping who she was a secret felt like living in a "prison". This is the life I've always lived in my head. And now it's real... I've just dreamed about taking this piece of me inside that cabinet and putting it in the space that it's always had inside of me. The video has racked up more than 1.6 million views since it was uploaded yesterday. In closing Nilsen says: I want to live my life unapologetically because I am proud of who I am and I am not going to apologise for who I am anymore. "We all deserve our best chance," she adds.
