The meme currently leading the way is this video of Matthew McConaughey crying tears of joy over new Star Wars footage. Well, a scene from Interstellar juxtaposed with the trailer. Did you cry too when Harrison Ford appeared?
This guy was so excited about the number of fantasy and sci films coming out that he wanted to dance. This guy was perhaps a bit too excited... Classic quotes are also inevitable when it comes to Star Wars memes. In this one, Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi mind trick line from A New Hopes is combined with Wall-E... and Star Wars Lego. Channelling River Song from Doctor Who, this guy did not even want to see the trailer for fear of spoilers". And others were just really excited about the new Star Wars Twitter emojiis.
