Higgins gave a TV interview on Sunday, but it was a behind-the-scenes clip of his adorable dog that got people talking. A video uploaded to the Irish President’s official TikTok account showed Misneach, a Bernese mountain dog, playfully paw at Higgins as he spoke to broadcaster RTÉ. Unsatisfied with the lack of attention, the pup begins to sniff at the President’s clothes and fingers. Higgins calmly pats and strokes the dog as he continues talking to the cameras, clearly used to this type of distraction from his cute companion.
