The average home chef looking after a family doesn’t always have this level of time and energy to devote to shopping, prepping, cooking, and after-prep. I can tear down a chicken or chop and cook up a bunch of veggies for dinner but I don’t have 4 hours after dinner to make the bones and scraps into stock. 8 8points reply Load More Replies... It isn't about you. Try for your own sake to grow a little tiny bit of a backbone, or the entire world is going to hurt your delicate feelings, all of the time.
