A Plague Tale Requiem Collector’ s Edition What’ s Inside

This brother/sister duo will return in the upcoming game, A Plague Tale: Requiem. Today, Focus Entertainment unveiled the A Plague Tale: Requiem Collector’s Edition, which includes a statue of the beloved characters. The Collector’s Edition doesn’t come cheap. With a price tag of $189.99 USD, it’s worthwhile to know what you’re getting for your money. With that in mind, here’s a look inside A Plague Tale: Requiem‘s Collector’s Edition. The big selling point here is, of course, the statue. Standing 21 cm (8 inches) tall, the resin statue depicts the Plague Tale protagonists, Amicia and Hugo. According to today’s press release, the characters are dressed in, “their main outfits from A Plague Tale: Requiem.” Hugo appears crouched with one arm raised, while Amicia is aiming a crossbow. It’s worth noting that this Collector’s Edition as a whole is less expensive than the limited-edition statue that was sold to promote the first game. If you weren’t one of the people who could afford to spend over $200 on a statue in 2019, this might be a good alternative. The statue isn’t the only art piece in the Collector’s Edition. According to today’s press release, the Collector’s Edition also includes, “three amazing A4 lithographs of exclusive artwork from the game.” Nothing else was said about the lithographs, and it will be up to players to decide whether they are truly “amazing” or not. The final piece of artwork comes in the form of alternative box art for the game. The next item on the list is Hugo’s Feather Brooch. As the name suggests, this is a replica of the brooch worn by Hugo in A Plague Tale: Requiem. It’s small, metallic and shaped like a feather. Fans of the game will also receive the soundtrack to A Plague Tale: Requiem on a 45 RPM vinyl, which is a cool bonus for music lovers who own turntables. So, now you know what to expect when you buy the Collector’s Edition of A Plague Tale: Requiem. The game will be available on Xbox Series S/X, PS5 and PC later this year.
