Destiny 2 How to Complete the Altar of Reflection Catalyst Quest
Posted By: Shawn Robinsonon: February 23, 2022In: Features, Gaming, Google Stadia, PC, PS4, Xbox OneTags: Destiny2, Guide Print Email Destiny 2: The Witch Queen is finally here, opening players up to the many adventures on offer through the campaign and side content sprinkled throughout. Given that Savathun is the Hive god of cunning and lies, there are a lot of mysteries ready to be unraveled for the most daring of players. One such quest which seems to be tripping many players up for potentially various reasons is the Altar of Reflection Catalyst quest. If you find yourself having trouble completing this quest, no need to worry. In this guide, we’ll explain exactly how to complete the Altar of Reflection Catalyst quest in Destiny 2! How to Complete the Altar of Reflection Catalyst Quest in Destiny 2
Funny enough, it seems that the part tripping up players is in fact the first part of the quest, getting to its objective marker. If this is you, you’ll want to head to Quagmire and head to the cave located in the above image. Once there, head down until you find a room with a group of Scorn and a portal at the end of it. Head into this portal, then make your way into the central structure. Inside, you should find the Deepsight marker with the quest as seen above. Once you activate said Deepsight marker, a glowing image will appear which you need to reposition yourself to align. This isn’t too difficult, and should just require some maneuvering to the opposite side of the room from which you came in while looking at the image. Looking at it correctly will spawn a portal that, when entered, will begin the Altar of Reflection Catalyst quest. Once inside, there’s just one puzzle before the more difficult parts are over. This puzzle is the Cursed Pools puzzle, which will begin by showing you four symbols as seen above. Yours may be different than the ones above, but the general idea is the step into the pools in order from left to right. Once you do that, four more should show up with even more pools to choose from. Do the same again, and you will have completed the trial. From there, you’ll have a few enemy encounters to complete, before being able to return to the Enclave’s evidence board to complete the quest. Congratulations on completing the Altar of Reflection Catalyst quest, and good luck with your next quests in The Witch Queen! Related:
