Starting on March 17, 2022, KUR, the intense 90s-inspired first-person shooter will be available for official release. Intrigued players can now add the title to their Steam cart for $19.99. But if you need a quick peek into what KUR is, look no further than the Launch Trailer. Retro Shooting with a Modern Touch – Welcome KUR
KUR is a charming, old-school nod to the classic FPS games from the 1990s. Designed with bright colors and vibrant features, it’s more of a retro experience that many might find entertaining. In KUR, you play as a mercenary who takes up a challenging job from an ominous corporation. As fate would have it, our heroine finds herself in trouble with robot spiders. It’s up to you to clean up the mess while also uncovering the truth behind the people who hired you. Armed with a deadly Strength Augmented Boot that can literally kick enemies to the dirt, there’s plenty of action to go around. You can view the Launch Trailer right here to see exactly what Really Ragdoll Games has created. It’s bloody, fast, and even funny sometimes, too. If you’re a fan of old-school QUAKE, DOOM, and DUKE NUKEM titles, you’ll enjoy this. Coupled with electronic music and a wide range of weapons, this surely sounds like a blast to the pixelated past. KUR will be exiting Steam Early Access on March 17, 2022. Its development solely comes from two people – Brian Spain and Kehran Carr, the only creators over at Really Ragdoll.
