Studio Colorido’s anime film festival was announced via YouTube. The action-packed trailer features an uplifting score that pairs well with the studio’s vibrant art style and imaginative stories. The trailer featured clips of various films and shorts from the Studio Colorido catalog, including: Sunday Aoshigure– A story about a shy fourth-grader named Hinata who finally gathers the courage to pursue his love Sigre after she transfers to another school. Penguin Highway– A story about Aoyama (a bright fourth-grader who enjoys studying and research in his spare time) who investigates the connection of a series of events to a sudden appearance of penguins in his small town. Puzzle and Dragons CM-an animated short advertising GungHo Online Entertainment’s mobile game, Puzzles & Dragons. And Pokemon: Twilight Wings– an animated short that tells the story of the residents of Galar-a region of the world where Pokémon battles are embedded into its culture. The 10th-anniversary film festival is a two-day event, with showings on Friday May 6th, and Saturday May 7th. Crunchyroll reports that the film festival will be broadcast on Twin Engine’s official YouTube channel. The event will be free but only for a limited time. Here is the official lineup: Friday May 6th
