My Time at Sandrock How to Recover and Increase Stamina
Posted By: Madison Bensonon: May 25, 2022In: Early Access, Features, Gaming, PC, SteamTags: Guide, My Time at SandrockNo Comments Print Email Since many of My Time at Sandrock’s gameplay mechanics rely on mining, foraging and gathering wood, managing your stamina consumption will help you stay productive each day. In the early game, you’ll find that you quickly run out of stamina with seemingly few ways to recover. This guide will provide information on how to recover and increase your Stamina in My Time at Sandrock Early Access. How to Recover and Increase Stamina in My Time at Sandrock
When you first start playing My Time at Sandrock, you have 300 Stamina and consume some every time you perform various actions. As you level up, make money and gain Knowledge skill points, you’ll unlock numerous ways to recover and increase your stamina. Increasing Stamina
There are three main ways to increase your total stamina in My Time at Sandrock: Leveling up Placing furniture in your home Use specific Knowledge skill bonuses to increase Max Stamina Points and furniture bonuses. You will gain more stamina as you level up. Your max stamina points will slowly increase as you level up throughout your playthrough. Additionally, you can place furniture in your home to increase your total stamina. Your furniture effects are capped depending on your home level. You can view your house information by purchasing a Home Information Board from Construction Junction and placing it in your house. Once you reach level five, you unlock the Knowledge mechanic of the game. As you perform actions, such as talking to NPCs or mining, you’ll gain experience related to one of the four Knowledge skill trees. In particular, if you’re looking to increase your total stamina quickly, the Stamina Knowledge node under Gathering will increase your Max Stamina Points. Similarly, the Yard Knowledge node increases your Max Stat Increase from your home’s furniture. Recovering Stamina
There are several ways to recover stamina in My Time at Sandrock: Eat food at Blue Moon Saloon Either order to-go meals from Blue Moon Saloon or cooking using a Cooking Station. Use specific Knowledge skill bonuses to gain stamina back after performing actions. Rest on furniture Sleep One of the quickest ways to recover stamina is ordering food at Blue Moon Saloon. Upon entering the shop, head up to the counter and interact with the “Order Here” sign. A pop-up menu will appear, showing you the saloon’s menu and prices. As you add food to your order, you’ll find the total stamina points recovered and the cost of your meal. Confirm your selection to eat the food. Similarly, head to the cash register to access the to-go shop. Here, you’ll find various food that provides stat effects. While some foods provide health regeneration or critical damage boosts, others recover stamina. Some stamina recovery foods include the Sandberry Zongzi, Meat Bun, Cilantro Meatloaf and the Di Sanxian. Alternatively, you can create your foods using a Cooking Station or eat raw food. Related

Similar to increasing your stamina, specific Knowledge skill nodes also help you recover it. The Advanced Wood and Advanced Stone Knowledge nodes under Gathering both provide an increased chance to return stamina every time you hit with either a Pickhammer or Axe. Likewise, the Stamina Recovery Knowledge node provides bonuses for consuming food. Like My Time at Portia, you can also use the town’s benches or your home’s furniture for sitting down and naturally regenerating stamina. While this is the slowest method, it is free and does not take several hours unless you’re looking to recover several dozen stamina points. Lastly, you will recover your stamina after sleeping at the very end of the day. Upon waking up the following day, you’ll gain all your stamina. My Time at Sandrock Early Access is available starting May 26, 2022, on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Tags: GuideMy Time at Sandrock Previous V Rising How to Get Fish Oil
