This encouragement is usually within a quest that will grant players XP if they finish the quest. As part of the Fortnite Season 8 quest, players need the Recon Scanner to complete a quest. So here is the guide on how to get your hands on a Recon Scanner in Fortnite. How to Get the Recon Scanner in Fortnite
In Fortnite Season 8, several new Character Quests were added to the game. One of these characters is Wrath, having five challenges players can complete, gaining some XP. One of these challenges asks players to use Recon Scanner to spot two enemies. When Recon Scanner was first added during the Season 7 of the game, it was mostly used to stop the alien invaders. As it become more popular, Epic Games brought the gun back with some new mechanisms. Now Recon Scanner is mainly used to scan the area in front of you for enemies and loot, and there is only one way to find this gun in Fortnite Season 8. First, you need to unlock Wrath’s Punch Card. He can be found in the northern region of the map, the exact location of where Stealthy Stronghold used to be. After you have found him and unlocked his Punch Card, you are set to find the Recon Scanner. Related
Fortnite How to Get and Use the Rail Gun
The only place you can find Recon Scanner is inside IO Chests. You can only find these chests in IO bases, so your first step is to get through an IO base. You have to bear in mind that not every IO Chest has Recon Scanner in them, and the IO Bases are quite dangerous. After you have found the Recon Scanner, shoot a bunch of enemies with it, and the quest should be complete with the 12,000 XP added to your profile.
