Noah Thompson Hopes To Make Son Proud With American Idol Victory

Noah’s family, including his beloved grandma Karen, his girlfriend, Angel Dixon, and their son Walker, cheered him all along the way on his road to victory and fame. Now that Noah has won the grand prize, he hopes to have left an indelible impression on his growing son. In an interview with HollywoodLife, Noah Thompson said his family’s presence to witness his crowning as the new American Idol champion meant the world to him. However, he added that he chased his dream of being a musician and winning American Idol because of his son. Noah explained, “That’s the whole point for me doing this is… one day he’s going to look back on this, and I want him to look at and be like, ‘That’s my dad. That’s my dad.’ I want to be something he can be so proud of. I think that’s what’s so beautiful about all this is, for Walker and me, this is something he’s really going to be proud of me as a dad.” Noah Wants To Be With His Son
It’s been a whirlwind few days for Noah, but things have gotten calmer for the Kentucky native, who has now returned home. With the country musician back home, he is now taking time off music to be with his family and his son after being away from them for a while. After winning American Idol, Noah is looking forward to a bright future and is already planning big for it. He revealed his desire to move to Nashville, saying, “That’s where music’s at. That’s where it’s all happening. I feel like that’d be my best bet. I’m really not that far from Nashville, so I can always come back home.” Noah also hopes to release some new songs for his growing fans. He expressed his wish to release an album someday, adding that he also wanted to play shows and do other things. Noah also teased a duet with American Idol runner-up, HunterGirl. Noah has written his name in gold following his American Idol win but looks set for a busy future going by all he plans to do. Hopefully, he will enjoy success in his endeavors.
