Since its introduction in 1997, gamers have seen Digimon Survive as nothing more than another copy of Pokémon. But these games have noticeable differences, which you will only know by trying each game series. Unlike Pokémon Go, where you have to throw a Pokéball at a Pokémon and hope it stays inside, in Digimon Survive, you must find, talk to, and befriend a Digimon to become your friend. And even after that, there is a little chance that Digimon will refuse to become your friend and walk away. Our guide aims to tell you about the Digimon named Gotsumon, show you how to make friends with him, and get him into your Digimon Survive collection. How to Get Gotsumon in Digimon Survive
Before you can befriend Gotsumon and add Digimon to your collection, you must find him. While you’ll first encounter Gotsumon at the start of the game, the first opportunity to add him to your Digimon collection comes a bit later. Shortly after Aoi disappears in an unknown direction, you will have access to several new parts of the old school. Go to the Free Bat location because this is where you will meet the stone Digimon Gotsumon again. Despite his stern and hard appearance, Gotsumon is a little mischievous and likes to play tricks on others. In addition, he is very distrustful, so making friends with him is not easy. When encountering Gotsumon in Digimon Survive, you must select the “Talk” option during the battle. On the right side of the screen, you will see a list called Foes, from which you must select Gotsumon. Immediately after that, your dialogue will begin.
