Tower of Fantasy Where to Find Portunids
Posted By: Ethan Webbon: August 18, 2022In: Android, Features, Gaming, iOS, PCTags: Guide, Tower of FantasyNo Comments Print Email Portunids are small crabs in Tower of Fantasy that Wanderers must find and collect for cooking, completing quests, and potentially turning in a Crew donation. In real life, crustaceans from the Portunidae family are known to possess powerful paddle-like legs used for swimming, making them quick both on land and underwater. Fortunately, adventurers do not need to worry about pursuing these small creatures into the ocean as they remain on solid ground. Portunids can be found in multiple regions in Tower of Fantasy, making them relatively easy to encounter and catch. Continue reading to learn where to find these marine critters in Aesperia. Finding Portunids In Tower Of Fantasy
The first area where Tower of Fantasy fans can find Portunids is in the starting region of Astra. Specifically, players can investigate the eastern beach near Barrenstown and the Football Field. Several more are located on the shore slightly east of World Boss Robarg’s lair, and a few more can be found near the cascade where the Astra River ends. Related

To catch a Portunid in Tower of Fantasy, all Wanderers need to do is attack it with any weapon. Ranged weapons might work best to quickly take the critter down from afar before they have a chance to scuttle away. However, there is an issue in the game where the projectiles of a ranged weapon do not correctly home onto their target. Sometimes, the shots miss entirely, even while the user is manually aiming. While it is unknown if this is the result of server latency or a combat-related glitch in Tower of Fantasy, the best way to kill and catch Portunid is by getting close enough for the auto attack to lock onto the target. One shot should slay the crab and drop the “Portunid” resource. According to AppSample‘s Tower of Fantasy Interactive Map, Wanderers can also find Portunids in the Banges region, particularly along the shoreline west of Banges Farm and Anchorsville. Banges Docks is also a great place to catch the Hermit Crab ingredient as well. Furthermore, the Crown Mines also has multiple locations where Portunids can be found. However, this region is quite dangerous for low-level Wanderer due to the heavy radiation. Therefore, players are recommended to go crab hunting in this territory only after their level and equipment have met the appropriate qualifications. Tower of Fantasy is available on PC, Android, and iOS. Source: Tower of Fantasy Interactive Map Tags: GuideTower of Fantasy Previous Madden 23 How to Change Favorite Team
