NeNe Leakes Pens Tribute On Late Husband’ s Birthday

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum took to her Instagram, pouring out her heart about “missing the man that always had a plan.” How NeNe Leakes Honored Her Late Husband
The 54-year-old former Bravo celebrity explained how tough it was for her on the day, as it marked the first birthday without her husband. The reality star and businessman passed on in September 2021. She expressed how they should be celebrating her husband, Gregg Leakes, on the occasion of his birthday. The OG housewife penned: “I can’t believe we are wishing you a heavenly Birthday today. I feel like you went somewhere and you’ll be back.” She continued by noting that she missed Gregg Leakes every day before she wished him a happy birthday. The mom-of-two concluded her post with, “WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH.” NeNe and Gregg Leakes Love Timeline
NeNe and Gregg were both parents before they wed in 1997. NeNe was the mother of a son from a past relationship, while Gregg had five children. After the wedding in 1997, the duo welcomed their first and only child together, a son, Brentt. The couple then split in 2011 and reconciled back in 2013, and tied the knot for the second time. Leakes’ publicist confirmed NeNe Leake’s husband’s death on September 1, 2021. The RHOA star lost his life after battling colon cancer for years. A statement released to Us Weekly at the time read: “Gregg Leakes has passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones and wife Nene Leakes.” Is NeNe in a New Relationship
NeNe has moved on romantically since the passing of her late husband. Us Weekly confirmed in December 2021 that she had started dating a man named Nyonisela Sioh, who she claimed helped put a smile on her face. The relationship has since had its hurdles, as NeNe was mentioned in a lawsuit by her new lover’s estranged wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, that same month. Malomine complained that her husband had cheated on her with NeNe before they split in November 2021. NeNe denied the allegations laid against her.
