Destiny 2 Season 18 Raid Release Date and How to Prepare
Posted By: Amitesh Dharon: August 22, 2022In: Features, GamingTags: Destiny 2, GuidesNo Comments Print Email Image via Bungie The Destiny 2 Season 18 raid has been under wraps for a while now. Although Bungie did mention that a popular raid from the O.G. Destiny will make a return, they never mentioned which one would. The new season is closing in rapidly, and leaks have revealed quite a few details about the upcoming season, including the raid race. If the leaks are to be believed, the Destiny 2 Season 18 raid will be none other than King’s Fall. This raid is a very popular one, and it makes sense why Bungie is bringing it back. That said, here is everything that we know about the upcoming raid. When does the Destiny 2 Season 18 raid go live
While Bungie will be expected to talk about the raid on their showcase, the original raid will go live on August 26, which happens to be a Friday. While the community is very happy about King’s Fall returning, they’re not happy with the fact that it’s releasing on a Friday. As with every raid, there will be a raid race for King’s Fall as well. For the first 24 hours, this raid will be under the Contest Mode. During the Contest Mode, whichever team completes all the encounters and loots the final chest first will win the World’s First belt for the Destiny 2 Season 18 raid. To participate in the raid race, you must be at 1560 Power Level. If you haven’t hit that power level yet, we would recommend grinding Pinnacle activities for it. Other than that, since the King’s Fall raid is returning, do check out some of the older raid videos to get a fair idea about the mechanics. Bungie will definitely tweak the mechanics a bit to increase the challenge, but the overall mechanics shouldn’t change. Related

The key to success in this raid race will be communication, so the stronger your communication is, the higher chances you have of winning the Destiny 2 Season 18 raid race. Since the Solar 3.0 subclass has been in focus during Season of the Haunted, try to figure out ways to keep your DPS potential up as well. It’s common knowledge that the raid bosses are bullet sponges. Without a good DPS, you will find it difficult to complete the raid quickly. That’s all we know about the Destiny 2 Season 18 raid and how to prepare for it. Good luck, Guardian! Tags: Destiny 2Guides Previous Farming Simulator 22 Update 1 7 0 Patch Notes
