The manufacturers are still releasing options for low-budget seekers, but if you want performance, you must pay more most of the time. But sometimes the manufacturers bring the same performance with their new generation products, which prevents people from choosing the new generation. The price policy is working well for the customers sometimes, and AMD is about to do the same thing. The upcoming AMD Ryzen 7000 series might not show up with high prices, at least for some chips. AMD’s new-generation CPUs will be unveiled at the end of the month; while the rumors are spreading, the estimates about the price tags aren’t slowing. A few trusted sources gave good news about some chips’ prices, which might give you a reason to buy the Zen-4 chips instead of the older ones. AMD Ryzen 7000 Series Won’ t Bring High Prices
The upcoming series will bring features like DDR5 support and a faster PCI-e interface. These are the new standards, and higher performance is also on the way. The new Zen-4 architecture is optimized for higher performance with the same heating and power-consuming numbers. The latest AMD CPUs use the Zen-3 architecture, which is less optimized than the upcoming technology. It looks like AMD wants to give a reason to the users to switch to the new generation. As reported, the company will do that by not doing price hikes. Of course, this isn’t for all the models we will see in the series. We likely won’t see the price hikes for the entry models. Due to their price, AMD won’t get big profits from their sales, and making people get the new generation will make more money for them in the future.
