‘ RHONY’ Alum Alex McCord Is Officially Going to Be a Ph D

It’s time for fans and family to get used to Dr. McCord. She uploaded a snap this Tuesday to celebrate her academic milestone. In the caption of her post, McCord exclaimed that she would be a Ph.D. after defending her research proposal. The star also revealed that her doctoral candidature had been confirmed. Before Alex McCord bagged her Ph.D., she received her Master’s degree virtually because of the COVID-19 regulations. McCord’s husband already hinted that she’d be bagging her Ph.D. when he congratulated her on her MS.c degree. According to his post in 2020, he was going to celebrate his wife’s milestone by gracing her graduation ceremony physically. Then watch her walk across the stage for the precious moment. Unfortunately, the pandemic didn’t allow his wish to actualize. From Alex McCord‘s husband’s post, people could tell she’ll bag her Ph.D. in the near future. However, the star hasn’t shared much about her program. She only offered a glimpse or two in her post this year in June. The Tv star was spotted with an academic journal. She was thrilled to announce the publication of her second peer-reviewed journal article in the post. The RHONY star, Alex McCord has always been grateful to her husband, Simon, for his support even before her Ph.D. An instance is when he was happy with her MS.c degree. However, he was unhappy that they (including the kids) didn’t see her accept the degree in person. McCord responded on Instagram by stating that she couldn’t have achieved it without his support. To extend her gratitude, she went on Twitter to disclose that she couldn’t have done it without him in her corner.
