Nintendo GameCube Cult Classic XIII is Coming to Switch

Its processing power is good for its dimensions. Also, it runs many games you can enjoy on a small screen. Switch’s best feature is its library. Nintendo didn’t just fill the game library with modern games with low framerates. They chose to include the old ones, and another one is on the way. Fortunately, another cult remake game XIII is coming to the platform. XIII game was initially released on Nintendo GameCube in 2003. Then it got a remake version in 2020, but it made a horrible launch. The game’s Steam reviews are terrifying, but publisher Microids says the game will present a better experience on Nintendo Switch. Of course, Microids is not bringing the 2003 version. Switch users are about to meet the remake version of this game. The remake improves the graphics and playability so much, but the original game’s reviews and scores are also much better. If you want to feel some nostalgia or something, you’ll be able to purchase the game after this summer. XIII is a Game Originally Released In 2003 for GameCube and the Remake Version Is Coming To Nintendo Switch Microids also have some words due to the terrible launch of the game: “We are fully aware and terribly sorry that the initial launch of XIII game remake on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC did not reach players’ expected quality standards. A bit more than a year ago we took the decision to hire the studio Tower Five to finish the development of the game. Tower Five worked with us in the past, notably on the great port of Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders on Nintendo Switch. We really wanted to take the time to fix the game and offer owners of XIII remake a free update paying the best possible tribute to the original game we all love.” Most of the reviews are complaining about playability. Players say the game has a horrible shooting and aim design. They also say the multiplayer mode is just there to sell the game with a multiplayer tag. The graphics are much better than the original version, but gamers’ reviews aren’t changing with this advantage. The best reason to buy this game is nostalgia, for now.
