Big brother 24 contestants Daniel Durston just became one of the most hated houseguests on the show following his dramatic outburst against Taylor Hale on Wednesday’s episode. The reality star has since come under fire, with viewers hauling heated comments at him. This heated reaction stems from Daniel’s confrontation with fellow houseguest Taylor Hale which left the latter in tears. In the new Season 24 episode, the Big Brother star, who has openly expressed his dislike for Taylor since the season’s premiere, might have gone overboard with his approach, as fans seem to think. Interestingly, while Daniel Durston and Taylor Hale have become the major players in Wednesday’s drama, it appears the whole incident was orchestrated by fellow houseguest Nicole Layog. Things became heated after Nicole misinterpreted Taylor’s attempt to show some support as a passive-aggressive move. As a result, the houseguest, who coupled with Taylor earlier for the show’s “Bestie Twist,” took offense, ultimately going to Daniel with her perceptions. She accused Taylor of projecting negativity onto her, even though the other houseguest thought otherwise. Daniel took the opportunity to launch his attack on Taylor, hauling profanities at her and reminding her not to talk to him until the finals. Taylor’s attempt to talk things out with him only prompted the raging houseguest to blame her for Paloma Aguilar’s declining mental health, saying: “I will never forget what you did to Paloma. You think she didn’t spiral because of you? You didn’t add to that? And now you’re trying to do it to Nicole, the mind games?” The outburst from Daniel Durston drove Taylor Hale to tears. Still confused over the ill-treatment she received from her co-houseguests, Taylor tried to set things right by apologizing to Nicole. But that, too, backfired when Nicole coldly shot her down. Following the scandalous episode, fans took to social media to express distaste over the ill-treatment Taylor received on the show. Some admitted that watching the scenario play out moved them to tears. Twitter soon exploded with comments calling out Daniel Durston and Nicole Layog for questionable behavior towards Taylor Hale.
