You can meet dozens of digital monsters throughout this game, but there is one, in particular, that gives many seasoned fans a fair bit of nostalgia. Guilmon is available in Digimon Survive, but numerous players still wonder exactly how you can get this exclusive monster companion. We’ll show you the various ways you can have Guilmon join up with you while there’s still time. How to Get Guilmon in Digimon Survive
A fan-favorite, Guilmon came to be years ago in the anime Digimon Tamers. Ever since then, numerous of fans have enjoyed this little red dinosaur. Now, you can have this ferocious companion join up in the latest game entry into the franchise. It isn’t so simple as finding many of the other monsters though. Rather, Guilmon is one digital monster that you can only get based on your purchase of Digimon Survive. First off, anyone who pre-ordered the physical version of the game already has Guilmon. The monster was part of the pre-order perks. However, with the game now released, if you don’t have Guilmon, you must look to other avenues. Thankfully, there is another easy way to get the Guilmon in Digimon Survive: buy the game within the first month of release. If you purchase the digital version of Digimon Survive within this 30-day time limit, then the exclusive monster will download automatically along with the game. Once you launch the game, head to the main menu to see a pop-up informing you of your new companion. As for the physical copy of Digmon Survive, you have to do just a touch more work to get Guilmon. Of course, still buy this within the first 30 days. From there, you should see a code inside the game box. Head to the game’s online store to redeem that code and Guilmon should become available for download. Keep in mind that you can only use Guilmon once you’re beyond the Digimon Survive tutorial section. Then, you can head to the menu, select “Receive Bonus“, and Guilmon will be in your party. Related
