Friends Of RHOA’ s Phaedra Parks Furious With Her Ex Apollo

Apollo is a former inmate sentenced to prison in 2014 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud. Upon completing his sentence, Apollo was moved to a halfway house in Philadelphia in June 2019. However, he found himself in custody after some days because he violated his parole. The former inmate, who shares two sons, Ayden, 12, and Dylan, 9, with Phaedra, appeared in a scene with Phaedra’s former co-star, Shereé Whitfield, on the August 28 episode of RHOA. During the appearance, he claimed Phaedra left him to die amid his legal troubles. Apollo said: “Phaedra left me to basically rot. That’s how I look at it. Because when it first happened, she wasn’t there. My sentencing, she wasn’t there. A source told Page Six that Apollo’s comments infuriated his ex-wife’s friends. The source lambasted Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband for disparaging her when she has done nothing but help him in his lifetime. The insider claimed: “Phaedra paid every one of his legal bills and, because of his guilt, he still went to prison. He will owe her for the rest of his life.” The insider further rubbished Apollo’s claims that Phaedra did not allow him to see their kids amid his legal woes. Instead, they said the reality TV star is an incredibly wonderful mother to her sons and added: “The last thing [Apollo] should be doing is talking negatively to anyone about her, especially since there is a legal agreement in their divorce decree that neither of them will ever speak disparagingly about one another. He doesn’t seem to be able to follow the rules even now.” The source further said Apollo’s comments showed he wanted attention and could only get it by speaking ill of Phaedra. Shereé Receives Criticism
Shereé notably failed to defend Phaedra against Apollo’s claims. Instead, she surprisingly asked him to model in her She by Shereé fashion show. The source also lambasted Shereé for not sticking up for Phaedra. They said: “It’s a shame that Shereé, who claims to be Phaedra’s good friend, would listen to Apollo’s sob story and not stand up and say, ‘Please stop bad-mouthing the woman who has supported you through everything.” The insider also said Shereé should have told Apollo to be accountable, be a good father and stop whining. RHOA’s Phaedra Parks left the show in 2017 after seven consecutive seasons. Meanwhile, she and Apollo were married for eight years before finalizing their divorce in July 2017.
