Attack on Titan Sake Hits US Market

Posted By: Jacobi Reddixon: September 06, 2022In: Anime, Nerd Gear, NewsTags: anime merch, Attack on TitanNo Comments Print Email A sake tasting set featuring Attack on Titan art is now available to buy in the United States. While the limited edition bottle set was first announced in May 2021, this is the first time the collection is getting official western distribution. The series has previously collaborated with the Okita-based sake brewery Oimatsu Brewing for shochu liquor. There are four 720mL bottles that come in four varieties. The varieties are as follows: Kikunosato Daina Eren Model Kikunosato Daina Levi Model Kikunosato Daina Titan Model Kikunosato Daina Mikasa Model The Eren sake is listed to be brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice, leaving it with a “clean and crisp” taste. Kikunosato Daina Mikasa Model is said to be created using Yumesasara, making it “light and soft.” Levi uses Yamada Nishiki (making it have a “fruity and complex” flavor), and the Titan also uses Yamada Nishiki. However, the Titan is emphasized to have a lower alcohol content than the others.

“ Attack on Titan” and Sake The Flavors the Names and the Price

The Kiikunosato Brewery (using the brand name Daina) in Tochigi Prefecture first distributed the wine in Japan in 2021-2021. With the purchase, the alcohol also comes in its own unique boxes, featuring special art from the series. Bottles can be sold separately through the retailer NewxNew or in a set of four through TAKASAN. The price of an individual bottle retails for about $30 (not including shipping and handling). Attack on Titan began as a manga series illustrated and written by Hajime Ysayama. It was serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine between September 2009 and April 2021. The first three seasons of the anime television adaptation were produced and animated by Wit Studios, but that changed with MAPPA taking over. While the manga has already concluded, the anime is still ongoing with the third part of its highly anticipated fourth season. The Attack on Titan sake set is currently available to buy through the Takasan online store. The entire set retails for $275 USD and is available in limited quantities. Attack on Titan is currently available to stream on Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Hulu. Tags: anime merchAttack on Titan Previous
