Big Brother 24’ s Michael Bruno Reveals His Best Moment

As many of you know, Bruno is a fan favorite this season for a multitude of reasons. In a house full of people who often seem driven by drama, he was as grounded a cast member as we had seen on the show in a long while. He also beat Janelle Pierzina’s veto record. She had won veto five times, and that record held for sixteen years. But Bruno won it six times, beating her sixteen-year record. But that isn’t his favorite moment from the game. You may recall Daniel Durston’s treatment of Taylor Hale on the show was cruel and didn’t sit well with fans of the show (or the cast, for that matter). Bruno was keen on holding the parties involved responsible, and that is just what he did. He decided to take Durston to task and won over the whole audience in the process. Via Heavy: “Michael Bruno revealed that the eviction of Daniel was the game move of which he was most proud. He shared that he chose that moment because of its strategic and personal results. He said, “I’m definitely most proud of backdooring Daniel. From a strategic standpoint, we did view him as the biggest physical threat on the other side of the house, so I think it was good to get him out for the Leftovers alliance.” Daniel was significantly weakened after his Final 2 partner Nicole Layog was evicted from the game, so he was the obvious next houseguest to be targeted. Michael is referring to Daniel’s vicious verbal attack on Taylor Hale. On a personal level, I didn’t agree with the way that he treated some of the people and the way that he had acted, specifically how he handled the Taylor situation.” Big Brother 24’s Michael Bruno was a fan favorite for a reason. He clearly is a good person with a strong moral compass, and in the reality TV landscape, that is rare. Daniel’s attack on Hale was unfounded, and Bruno stepped up and held him accountable. It’s the kind of thing you wish you would see more of in the reality TV landscape. Safe to say, this will not be the last we see of him.
