Phasmophobia How to Find Candy and How it Works
Posted By: Ethan Webbon: October 08, 2022In: Features, Gaming, PCTags: Guide, PhasmophobiaNo Comments Print Email While the terrifying maps of Phasmophobia are certainly no place to go trick-or-treating, the game’s latest update has introduced an event involving Candy that can be found about each location. They appear as small jack-o’-lantern-shaped bowls filled with sweet treats, including several unsettling objects such as worms and eyeballs. As players attempt to investigate the phantom that haunts the area, they must also find these bowls of Candy as a part of a challenge for the Halloween event. Of course, this endeavor is not necessary, but those who manage to find all the Candy and complete the rest of the event-related objectives will receive an exotic Halloween trophy. Using Candy in Phasmophobia
While there are a handful of maps that contain Candy in Phasmophobia, some will not spawn these jack-o’-lantern bowls of goodies. To know which areas will have these collectibles, check the contract board before selecting a location to see if there is a pumpkin sticker posted by the site’s title. If this sticker is visible, then the area has Candy. Related
How do Loadouts work in Phasmophobia Answered
According to findings by Gamepur, Phasmophobia Candy can be found in the following areas: 13 Willow Street, Grafton Farmhouse, 10 Ridgeview Court, 42 Edgefield Road, 6 Tanglewood Drive, Camp Woodwind, and Bleasdale Farmhouse. Players can check the map within the truck to see how many bowls of Candy the map contains before they enter the premises. Keep in mind that sometimes collectibles like the candle-lit jack-o’-lanterns will not appear in the locations until all the Candy has been found. Gamepur also mentions that although the bowls of Candy cannot be physically picked up like other interactable objects, players can use the collectible by eating the sweets inside to restore a small portion of their Sanity. Such a mechanic can become significantly useful when dealing with more aggressive and challenging monsters on Nightmare difficulty. Therefore, it might be wise to snap a photo of a bowl of Candy to remember where it’s located. Whenever Sanity gets too low, fans can rush back to the Candy for emergency restoration. Remember that, unlike jack-o’-lanterns, Candy does not produce any light, so players will need to use a light source to find these collectibles in the pitch-black areas of the map. Phasmophobia is available on PC via Steam. Source: Gamepur Tags: GuidePhasmophobia Previous How the Jack-o -lanterns work in Phasmophobia
