Overwatch 2 Junker Queen Hero Guide Tips and Abilities
Posted By: Sidharta F. Rasidion: October 11, 2022In: Features, GamingTags: Guide, overwatch2No Comments Print Email Overwatch 2 is Blizzard Entertainment’s latest entry to a relatively new but popular hero shooter, Overwatch. As a sequel and expansion, obviously, players can expect brand new faces to be added to the game, one of which is the wild Junker Queen. Since Junker Queen is a completely new Hero, let’s take a peek at how she basically plays in our Overwatch 2 guide and overview. Junker Queen Hero Guide Tips & Abilities – Overwatch 2
As a Tank, of course, Junker Queen’s main role is to lead the fight. However, despite having a whopping 400+ Health, she can’t charge alone and will need all the backups she can get. Especially considering that almost all of her tools — from her Scattergun to Abilities — are suited for close-mid-range combat, picking off lone targets, and can buff up surrounding teammates. First, utilize her Jagged Blade to deal over time with Wound damage and pull high-priority targets like damage dealers such as Genji or Reaper to force them to get out of the fight faster. Commanding Shout is also very useful when your whole team goes on the offense since it gives 200 Health buffs for yourself and 50 for nearby allies. But remember to stay back if you realize you’re being baited into open areas; long-range attackers like Ana, Widowmaker, Pharah, or Recon Bastion can easily Eliminate you when surrounded without cover. Lastly, her Rampage Ultimate takes some good positioning and timing, but once unleashed, the area-of-effect attack should be able to rip the whole enemy team’s defenses to shreds. Despite having Adrenaline Rush self-healing Passive, don’t rely too much on it; it only exists mostly to make her last longer in straight firefights instead, unlike other healing Abilities like Self Repair or Recall. So always aggressively pick your fights but don’t mindlessly rush into battles! Video courtesy of yeatle. Best Paired With: Ashe: Combine her Dynamite with Junker Queen’s Rampage Ultimate to destroy enemies through devastating Wound and Burn damages. Ana: Completely disable enemies’ healing ability with Ana’s Biotic Grenade and Junker Queen’s Ultimate. Sojourn: Ensnared enemies from Disruptor Shot are easy targets for Junker Queen. Junkrat: Slowed enemies from Steel Trap are easy targets for Junker Queen. Mei: She can block off enemies with her Ice Wall, and then Junker Queen can follow up with area-of-effect attacks.
