Released in 2019, the original A Plague Tale: Innocence took many gamers off-guard with its inventive mechanics and surprisingly heartwarming and deep narrative. The success of the game meant that a worthy successor absolutely had to go into the pipeline and now that dream is nearly a reality with A Plague Tale: Requiem. Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment have finally been able to announce when fans of the game, and newcomers to the story, will be able to sink their teeth into the sequel. In a press release, Asobo revealed that A Plague Tale: Requiem will be released on October 18, 2022, and it will be available on multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series XS, and PC.
