Rain cleanses our air along with keeping us cool and breezy but skies Sunday look mainly dry Rain and cooler highs return next week FOX13 Rain cleanses our air along with keeping us cool and breezy but skies Sunday look mainly dry Rain and cooler highs return next week -Western WA enjoyed another day of clean air! Highs ran cool on this showery Saturday. Temperatures only warmed into the low to mid 50s around Puget Sound. The good news is we saw a decent amount of rain throughout the day. We are now back to above average for our yearly rain totals. The month of October now has almost three quarters of an inch at SeaTac with more on the way! Overnight will feel a bit chilly as temperatures bottom out in the mid to upper 30s for many around the region. Seattle stays slightly warmer landing near 43.The door remains open for our rainy season to continue, but that's not to say we won't see dry days in between like tomorrow. Read more:
