Confrontation in Golden Valley leaves 1 man dead 1 man in custody 1 man wanted on suspicion of murder Authorities released the identities of a victim and a suspect in a confrontation with Hunter McGuire, who also is suspected in a Las Vegas homicide. Authorities say one man has been arrested and one suspect is still at large after an altercation over stolen property left one man dead. Officials with the Mohave County Sheriff's Office said 42-year-old Timothy Wayne Burt was arrested for what they believe to be his involvement in a confrontation that killed 35-year-old Martin Eric Nelson Jr. on Wednesday afternoon in Golden Valley. Investigators believe Hunter McGuire, 26, also was involved in the confrontation.  Read more:
