Several people are on the run after a shooting outside of a downtown-area convenience store left one woman hospitalized and in critical condition, according to San Antonio police. A witness told police at least seven people were inside of the vehicle.The situation escalated when the driver pulled a gun and shot the woman multiple times before driving away from the scene, according to SAPD. When officers arrived, they found the woman had been shot and began treating her injuries. She was later taken to an area hospital by EMS and is in critical condition, police said.Officers said the vehicle with the suspects inside took off, heading westbound on El Paso.
