Purdue’s four-game winning streak ended and heads into its open week battered and bruised after numerous injuries. The Boilermakers return to action on Nov. 5 against Iowa.The Badgers used the same formula to beat Purdue as it has in the last 15 meetings – a strong running game and a stingy defense. Aidan O’Connell was intercepted twice in the first three quarters by safety John Torchio, including a pick-six, as Wisconsin brought pressure and made the sixth-year quarterback uncomfortable most of the day.
