But he that everyone who knows the family is shocked by the disappearance. “Surveillance video from the BP Gas Station in Gulliver, Michigan, shows, Anthony, Suzette, Brandon, and Noah in the station purchasing fuel and food,” Fremont Police said in a news release Friday." Prior to leaving, officers encouraged the couple to call if they had any other concerns. Family members haven’t heard from the four since Sunday, according to a Facebook post by police. An elderly relative who has dementia, and who the family was caring for, was found Monday walking the neighborhood, Rodwell said. The family also left Suzette’s mother in the home alone. The family's cellphones have all been turned off and they left behind their pets as well as Suzette's elderly mother, who has dementia and requires full-time care, police said. She was later found by a neighbor and is now being looked after by other family members, Rodwell said. “We don’t see any signs of violence, we don’t see any signs of foul play right now. "Everybody is shocked," the police chief said. Police responding to a 911 call made by Anthony Cirigliano on Sunday asking for police protection were concerned about his mental health, Rodwell told CNN affiliate WXMI. “My officers were concerned about everyone’s welfare and spent about an hour talking to everybody and making sure they’re OK, and whether or not Tony was going through some sort of mental issue that would be dangerous,” Rodwell told WXMI. The two sons have autism, state police said. Fremont Police have released a recording of the 911 call made just after midnight on October 16. Authorities do not have any indication of where the family may be, Rodwell said. In it, Cirigliano said he needed protection, that it was related to “September 11th, and people want to erase me from the face of the Earth. Early Sunday, Anthony Cirigliano called 911 and when officers arrived he “was talking about issues or information that he had regarding the Sept. Police responded to the Ciriglianos' home shortly after midnight on Oct. ” Authorities in the state’s Upper Peninsula and east have been notified of the disappearance, according to police. CNN’s Theresa Waldrop contributed to this report. The officers made sure everyone was safe and OK, spending about an hour with Anthony Cirigliano, and also talked to Suzette, Rodwell told WOOD.
