Why Did Bret Hart Face Criticism

In his book, Hitman said that the WWF audience began to grow immediately after Vince McMahon announced the first WrestleMania event. While this was going on, several wrestlers and Hart went to JoJo to eat following a match at St. Louis. Meanwhile, he briefly encountered Chief Jay Strongbow, who questioned Hitman about the plans WWE had for him.
