Pima County inmate walks out of jail in Tucson authorities still searching for him On Thursday, a Pima County inmate walked out of a jail about 1:30 p.m. and is still on the run. An inmate at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex in Tucson walked out of the facility about 1:30 p.m. Thursday and is still at large. Pima County officials said a 43-year-old man, Oscar Alday, walked out of the facility while other inmates were being released from custody.  Alday is in jail on domestic violence, aggravated assault and unlawful imprisonment charges. The Pima County Sheriff's Department described Alday as a 6-foot, 185-pound Hispanic man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a buzz cut. He was last seen wearing white boxers and no shoes.  Read more:
