An inmate at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex in Tucson walked out of the facility about 1:30 p.m. Thursday and is still at large. Pima County officials said a 43-year-old man, Oscar Alday, walked out of the facility while other inmates were being released from custody. Alday is in jail on domestic violence, aggravated assault and unlawful imprisonment charges.
