The owner of Pets Gone Wild Resort spent hundreds advertising for jobs, but struggled to land interviews. So he thought it was time to try something new. The owner of Pets Gone Wild Resort spent hundreds advertising for jobs but struggled to on Crenshaw Road, said he got an immediate reaction Tuesday after putting up the sign, which reads,"Now hiring non-stupid people." A woman called to complain, saying the sign is offensive.a photo of the sign"I was eating dinner one night with my wife and I looked on Amazon and this was the very first thing that popped up," Parsons said of his 4x8 red and white sign. Costing $134, he and his wife thought it was funny, unique and reasonable buy. As someone who built his business from the ground up, Parsons said he's trying to find employees equipped to handle a"strenuous job."'Extremely full' Pasadena animal shelter puts out call for people to adopt or foster petsParsons currently has 14 employees.
