Federal Courthouse building in Harrisburg is up for auction yet again A developer purchased the building at auction in December and had big plans to redevelop the facility. Now the facility will be auctioned off again. led by Justin Etzin, the afore-mentioned Paris-based diplomat, said it was the buyer and that it had plans to redevelop the building into a luxury apartment building with 288 units.In the meantime, Global Ocean Investments also put the building up for sale for $22 million, saying it was standard practice to do so. The company later lowered the cost to $18 million. In June, Global Ocean Investments announced some changes to the original plans, including developing 200 apartments instead of 288. At the time, the company released artistic renderings to show what the redeveloped facility would look like. But, those plans have been put on hold. Read more:
