Nicholas Deosaran also faces motor vehicle offenses, including driving without a license, in the chaos that unfolded near Merrick and Baisley boulevards in St. Albans around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.According to police, officers were the Queens South Auto Larceny Unit were conducting an operation in that area when they identified a stolen 2011 BMW. Deosaran was allegedly behind the wheel. Cops say he put the vehicle into reverse and collided with the front of an unmarked car, then drove off and hit a second unmarked police car. Read more:
