Teen Vogue's 21 Under 21 is back, and we need you! We’re looking for changemakers — people 21 and under who have impacted their community in a tangible way. Know anyone? (Maybe even yourself? ) Nominate them here — submissions close on 10/23! Each year, Teen Vogue honors our 21 Under 21, a collection of the best and brightest activists, entrepreneurs, artists, and general do-gooders of their generation. These are young people who have, despite their short time on earth, made a substantial impact, one that’s made life better for the rest of us. Year after year, the Teen Vogue staff has picked our nominees, compiling the names of the remarkable young people we’re lucky to so often meet. But this year, we’re opening up the nomination process and asking you who should be in our 2022 21 Under 21! We’re looking for changemakers — people 21 and under who have impacted their community in a tangible way. That could mean coders who have helped an online community thrive; activists who have challenged local, state, or national groups; artists who shed lights on little known issues; or your favorite TikToker, who’s using their platform for good. Past 21 Under 21 honorees have included Sophia Kianni, a climate change activist; Andraya Yearwood, a trailblazer for young trans athletes; Eva Lewis, an artist and activist combating gun violence in her community; and Darnella Frazier, who recorded disgraced police officer Derek Chauvin murdering George Floyd. You can find all of our past honorees here. If you or someone you know fits this bill, nominate them (or yourself) here. Please provide the nominee's name, age, and a detailed reason why they'd be a great fit for our 21 Under 21 list. Evidence of their impact, like a website that shows their work or news articles about them, can help inform our decisions. Thank you and good luck!
