Pa man exonerated for murder last year is a suspect in a new murder case A Pennsylvania man, who was exonerated for murder over a year ago, is wanted in a recent fatal shooting of a 50-year-old musician and artist. Philly Voice, the decision sparked criticism from the judge and the victim’s family.Now Harris, 32, will most likely be charged with murder in the killing of Charles “Chali Khan” Gossett, who was ambushed outside of a restaurant and lounge in the Overbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia on Sept. 5. It is believed Harris was the driver for two shooters, according to authorities. He is also believed to have approached Gossett on foot in the parking lot before going back to the car and driving the shooters to the victim.According to authorities, Harris hasn’t been taken in yet (at the time of publication). He was in prison until March 2021 for an unrelated crime when the District Attorney’s Office determined significant evidence in the case was withheld from his lawyers. Read more:
