Oh come on, you know who it is by Share: on If there's one thing we know here at NL Towers, it's that unpredictable vehicular inclusion in a fantasy game can only be a good thing. Or at the very least it is with . Naturally we were wondering where we might be able to use this technical beast, and with the word 'beast' on the brain we very quickly reached a conclusion as to where we'd like to test this out; the final boss. Make sure you check out the video above to see just how beautifully ludicrous the whole situation is. I want that bike though. The Motorcycle will look great with my fully crafted ancient armor and Devine Beast masks I beat the final boss while riding the giant horse, not sure if it helped but it looked cool. We only get the bike after beating the new DLC, correct? So how long is it? This is the 2nd or 3rd post about it but NL hasn't reviewed it yet. will you guys have a Yooka Laylee review out before the 14th? I finished it in 11 hours. Including all itemquests. I did fast travel a lot, so maybe it's a bit longer for other people. But the content is much better than DLC pack 1. Thanks. 11 hours sounds reasonable. I've been getting the feeling from my son, who just played about 90 minutes, that he's halfway done. I still have a feeling this isn't going to rival Witcher 3's $10 or $20 dlc packs, or H:ZDs $20 dlc, but at least it won't be 3 hours. The FFXV packs have only been 90 minutes each but at least we got 4 of those for $20. I do feel like Nintendo may have built this one up too much though. They did a really good job of downplaying sword trials and master mode just being filler until Champions Ballad but I feel like we were lead to believe this was going to be a great big new story when it really isn't that. Oh well, live and learn, for us and them. Now if I can just bring myself to get past the 1 hit kill part, I abhor Game Over screens. Finished the DLC 2 quest around 9 or 10 hours, that was fk**g great Now make a video of hunting down all 900 Korok seeds on the bike. It is a solid expansion, was expecting much worse after the one hit kill segment. The story is fine but with some parts I do feel Nintendo was a little lazy with repeated dialogue. The shrines are some of the best. The dungeon is good but anyone like me who hoped for a more traditional dungeon will feel slightly disappointed although it never was a realistic expectation. I believe all dlc content was well worth the 20 bucks. Now that I got it out of the way, I can resume my xenoblade/skyrim/la noire playthroughs No thanks. Doesn't fit in that world tbh Nice! Gonna try this myself today Because why not lol. "It is a solid expansion, was expecting much worse after the one hit kill segment." What saves it for me is knowing there are 5 more memories to be had on the memories page I saw while looking through the menus. So even though the first hour of 1 hit kills seemed pointless, meaningless and frustrating, I'm hoping that's just Nintendo being Nintendo and the real story is going to start now. B/c so far there is no ballad in Champions Ballad. And that's the real problem. Nintneod has been building this up for 6 months, like don't worry you are paying $20 for all of that other stuff that should have been pre-orders, updates and patches all for free, ti will all be worth it once the great extra story Champions Ballad releases. But it's just more shrines and EX sidequests. Too much hype. Way too much hype. And it gets off to such a slow bad start. Don't these people watch James bond movies, you need to start this stuff off w/ a bang, not a whimper. But this is the internet, so it was always going to get a bad reception. For me the real truth lies in what I think about it 6 months from now. And I can't know that until after I complete it. I'm all about the endings. I'll put up with a lot for a great ending, but a bad ending can ruin an otherwise great journey. giant horse? 160+ hours and I still got so much to learn! At this point, 20€ for both DLCs was a really cheap price. I already got so much out of it and I haven't even played all the DLC missions from both DLCs (like Trial of the Sword etc)! In hindsight, I would've happily paid 20€ for the Hero's path, travel medallion, Horse gear (both pieces) and the Motorcycle each.
I'm not saying every single one of them is worth 20€, but every single one of them is so awesome that I wouldn't have cared about the price. Oops sorry about that. It's not Godzilla giant, just maybe 50% bigger than a normal horse. It's not a game changer or huge deal or anything, it's just a really big horse.
