YouTubers Bring The Pain In The Wacky World Of Subscribe & Punch! Nintendo Life Smash that like button by Share: French indie developer Hashieve Games has brought its wacky new game, , to Kickstarter - and if it's successful, the will be sending a powered up haymaker Nintendo Switch's way. Made by a group of French students and junior animators, the game takes inspiration from plenty of real-life, English-speaking YouTuber personalities (with cryptic names such as Poodiepie, Jackaboy, ToastyKen and Markimoo) and transposes them into a Cartoon Network-esque world where true online dominance is decided with overly dramatic fisticuffs. So that far from that actual KSI vs Joe Weller 'fight' then... on Check out the Kickstarter announcement trailer above to give you a little taster of its wacky YouTubers laying the smacketh down - just be careful of some choice language about 30 seconds in if you're planning to let the younger ones watch it. Not that I'm getting it, but it could get better. If we’re scraping up the dregs of the entertainment world like this, I ‘look forward’ to the Piers Morgan and Katie Hopkins tag-team videogame. Yay I guess? don't give Kickstarter-tards any ideas The animation quality is actually rather impressive, but the whole concept is just way too memey for me. Maybe I'll check out the demo, but there's no chance I would spend money on this, unless by some sort of divine intervention it becomes a competitive, mechanically well-made game. Concept sounds fun (I‘d be dying to have the Game Grumps in there!), just needs a lot more work. They sure have a lot of balls doing a Kickstarter with this level of quality. Sure, pre-alpha and we need the munes to get really started but it should at least resemble the final product in some ways. Not really interested in this, but if it gives you the opportunity to beat up Logan Paul... Don't think he'll be in it sadly, he's already in another game. Also no thanks. I think we got a contender for next year's EVO! I can't wait to taser dead rats ...i'll wait for a review... thank you Switch is attracting a lot of these B grade games. They used to infect the mobile devices, now the contagion spread to Switch. Cute idea, but it will not be fully realized without the actual nicknames of these e-celebrities. Incidentally, I only recognize about three of these (Pewdiepie, Jacksepticeye and Markiplier). Where's Vinesauce's Vinny? Where's SimpleFlips? Well, I guess they are much more well known on Twitch than on YouTube. Also, how about the one that started it all: AVGN. No Josh Thomas in a diaper, no sale Not a fan of all the swear words during the 'roast'. The game is an interesting idea though. This could be either really good or really bad. If they add some popular gaming channel youtubers it could definitely be good for a laugh or two. I'd probably buy it if they got Matpat in. Get Peanut Butter Gamer, EgoRaptor, Brental Floss, Angry Video Game Nerd, and Nostalgia Critic in there and I'd but 100% on board. So there's a lot of really foul language in that bit where there's some sort of special move about 30seconds in. Might want to add a warning for parents? I'm talking the C and F bombs. More personalities like boogie and a bit more strategy on the clash system, mini bosses like cats, the latest pop song, then you can count me in. BANNED !
