Runbow Sprints Towards A New Release Date On Switch, Now Available 3rd July Nintendo Life Retail deluxe version coming later this year by Share: on Headup Games has announced that are now over, with a 3rd July release date finally secured for the title on Switch. If you missed the game when it first arrived on Wii U, Runbow is all about multiplayer madness, with changes in the background resulting in more chaos than you'll ever be ready to deal with. Players race and fight their way through courses and arenas, keeping an eye on the platforms and obstacles as they unforgivingly disappear. It's fast, it's frantic, and we loved it in . Here's a handy list of features should you want to know a little more: Features:
- Go head to head with your friends, locally or online, in Run, Arena, or King of the Hill, for a colourful, crazy competition. Host a Private Game for you or your friends, or hop into an Open Party and take on the world!
- Tons of costumes and indie guest characters are waiting for you to unlock, including Shovel Knight, CommanderVideo, Shantae, Lilac, and many more.
- Save Poster District from the evil Satura in Adventure, and choose your own path through a massive map of over 140 single player levels.
- Take on The Bowhemoth, a single, ultra-difficult challenge in the belly of a colossal beast. On your own or with friends, it’s sure to test the skills of even the toughest platforming veterans.
- Hundreds of pieces of unlockable Gallery content await you, from concept art to characters, and even some hidden secrets... A retail 'Deluxe Version' including all DLCs and some collectable stickers was also promised before the game's delay, and this edition should now be arriving in "Q3 2018". He’d much rather just have a night in with Mario Kart and a pizza, and we can’t say we blame him. Comments ) Been really looking forward to this, I'll hold out a bit longer for the physical. I struggle to find any interest in the runner genre. I love platformers but I have yet to find a runner I like. I have yet to finish Super Mario Run. Any recommendation? Got this in the Nintendo Humble Bundle a few years back, doubt I'll pick it up again. Personally, I would highly recommend Runbow. It's not an endless or an auto runner, so I wouldn't really place it in the runner category (I understand why some would, though). What it boils down to for me and my recommendation, is if you can find a couple friends to play with. The game is an outrageous amount of fun for local multiplayer. Even when I could only play with 1 other person, I still had quite a lot of fun playing through the campaign and Bowhemoth modes. I loved this on WiiU and bought 4 copies for work machines, home, and gifts. Dropping from 9 players to 8 makes me sad, but the work WiiU just got corrupted memory so maybe I'll buy this again? The super long delay in release has me worried they had problems with the Switch port. It should have been out months ago, even after their announced delay. Can’t wait! Runbow is a perfect fit for Switch. Haven’t really got in to it. Got from the humble bundle along with other freebies Good. One of the main reasons I refuse to take back my Wii U. I was going to get it at release, but seeing my shopping list for the year, it'll have to be a later purchase. what about single player? I could take it or leave it. I thought it was good, but not great. It's just one of those games that was exponentially more fun for me when I was playing it with other people. I normally played with at least 1-2 other people. I also had a group of 7 play one or twice, and it was an absolutely ridiculous good time. My wife was angry, because there may have been a bit more screaming/yelling at one another than I care to admit... Runbow, on Wii U, was a game I played quite a lot with a friend, yet I never grew particularly fond of it. I’ll pass the Switch version. Runbow is very playable in single player but can be better enjoyed in multiplayer. Basically some parts are a little more forgiving with a second player. The game appears to be 20% off on the NA eShop, down to $11.99 as a pre-order. These cartoons have to end with the last episode of them about the new releasing of the cartoons soon. Next month of the July will make them new cartoons on the website with the best episode collections too. Leave A Comment Hold on there, you need to to post a comment...
